Thanks to Rich and his crew my house finally has the finishing touch it needed to enhance CURB APPEAL! What a great way to add extra value to your home! Rich was there when he said he would be there, his pricing is fair and straight forward. The crew stayed until the job was complete. Rich, the young man that owns Pinnacle Property Maintenance takes pride and ownership in his business. I've been a customer for several years and have seen its ongoing growth. Why does his business continue to grow...? Because he and his team work hard and care. The pricing is very fair as well. In fact, when the rising cost of gas began last year, I asked him if his price was going to increase and he said no.Additionally, anytime I've had questions, he would always get back with me within 24 hours at most.Overall, he runs a great business. I will continue to use Pinnacle Property Maintenance as long as he continues with the excellent service.I wish him and his team all the best!

Love Pinnacle Property Maintenance. We have used them for the last year and they have made our life easier and our lawn look beautiful. This is a group of hard workers who are proficient, polite, and professional. They charged a very reasonable price for all the work they do. Additionally, when there are specific requests or concerns, it is super easy to contact them and they are very quick to reply. 10/10 for sure. Won't go anywhere else.
